This Flood Warning has been issued due a combination of high spring tides and a storm surge following Storm Lilian moving across the North East. The high tide time is forecast at 06:15 on 23/08/2024, however conditions may apply two to four hours either side of the high tide. Flooding is expected at properties including the Amusement Arcades and Grannie Annies. After the high tide tomorrow morning‚ the weather is more settled and no further flood warnings are expected for following tides on Friday and Saturday. We are closely monitoring the situation.
